Create your retailer account and verify mobile plus email before activation.

This flow creates only a Retailer account. Admin-only information such as API balance, callback URL and provider configuration never appears here.

Same OTP goes to Email, SMS and WhatsApp when channels are configured.
Retailer account is created only after OTP verification succeeds.
Activation charge and capping rules are applied later as configured role-wise from admin panel.
